The way to reach GuideTutor is by email.
Email is our only contact method. There is no phone line, live chat, contact form or postal address for the site.
What you can write to us about
- Corrections: a step or menu that didn’t match what you saw, or something out of date. Please include the page address and, if you can, your device and software version (for example “Windows 11” or “macOS”).
- Suggestions: a tutorial you would like us to write, or a question a tutorial didn’t answer.
- Accessibility: any part of the site that is hard to use with your device or assistive technology.
- Privacy requests: questions about personal information you have sent us by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how these are handled.
What we can’t help with
GuideTutor is an independent educational website, so we are not able to:
- provide one-to-one technical support, remote access or repairs;
- handle warranty claims, returns, account problems or support cases for any company;
- recommend or sell particular products or services.
For help with a specific product, contact its maker through the support page on its official website. Be careful of tech-support scams: GuideTutor will never phone you, show pop-up warnings or ask for remote access to your computer.
Before you send
Please don’t include passwords, product keys, payment details or other sensitive information in your email. We only use what you send to read and reply to your message, as described in our Privacy Policy.
